Afterteam (Aftergroup EOOD) has completed the successful delivery of key information and communication technology (ICT) services under the project “BG-RRP-3.005 – Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Cyber Security Solutions in Small and Medium Enterprises.” The project was implemented for two prominent companies, Daks OOD and Akaunt Faktor OOD, resulting in the deployment of four vital information systems that significantly enhance their business operations.

Daks OOD: Strengthening Online Presence in the Textile Industry

Daks OOD, a leading company in the textile industry specializing in the production of protective wear, has taken a significant step forward in solidifying its digital presence with the help of Afterteam. As a manufacturer of essential protective garments used across various industries, including healthcare, construction, and manufacturing, Daks OOD recognized the importance of an enhanced online presence to reach a broader market and improve customer interactions.

To achieve this, Afterteam developed a sophisticated corporate website tailored to the specific needs of Daks OOD. The website is designed to be user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully responsive, ensuring optimal performance across all devices. It serves as a central hub for showcasing Daks OOD’s extensive range of protective wear, including detailed product descriptions, technical specifications, and industry certifications. The website also highlights the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted supplier in the textile industry.

In addition to the website, Afterteam took charge of managing Daks OOD’s social media presence. Recognizing the power of social media as a tool for brand engagement, Afterteam integrated advanced social media management solutions that facilitate seamless interaction with Daks OOD’s audience. These solutions enable the company to effectively communicate its brand message, share updates on new products and industry trends, and engage with customers across multiple platforms. This comprehensive approach ensures that Daks OOD remains competitive in an increasingly digital marketplace, allowing it to connect with potential clients and industry partners worldwide.

Akaunt Faktor OOD: Enhancing Operations with Advanced Systems

Akaunt Faktor OOD, a dynamic company that operates a popular nightclub, benefited from the implementation of three critical information systems tailored to its unique business needs. These include an online store for reservations, a Business Intelligence (BI) system, and a Database Management System (DMS).

Online Store for Reservations: The newly created online store is a cutting-edge platform that allows customers to seamlessly book and manage reservations for Akaunt Faktor’s nightclub. This system not only streamlines the reservation process but also provides an intuitive user experience, making it easier for customers to access services. The platform is equipped with secure payment options and real-time availability updates, ensuring a smooth and reliable booking experience.

Business Analytics (BI) System: Data-Driven Insights for Akaunt Faktor OOD: To empower Akaunt Faktor OOD with data-driven decision-making capabilities, Afterteam implemented a robust Business Analytics (BI) system. This system not only aggregates data from various sources but also allows the nightclub to analyze the guest appearances of its artists, providing insights into which performances drive the most attendance and revenue. Additionally, the BI system tracks and analyzes crucial financial data, offering a comprehensive view of the nightclub’s economic health. By leveraging this information, Akaunt Faktor can optimize its event planning, marketing strategies, and overall business operations.

Database Management System: Streamlining Operations for Akaunt Faktor OOD: Instead of a traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Afterteam introduced a sophisticated Database Management System (DMS) for Akaunt Faktor OOD. This system enables managers to securely upload and store files in the cloud, creating a centralized and easily accessible file database. The DMS simplifies file sharing and collaboration among team members, ensuring that crucial documents and data are always within reach. This streamlined approach to file management enhances operational efficiency and supports better coordination across the company’s various departments.
